"Parachèvement
de l'Esquisse" is the ultimate compilation from
the french band Opéra Multi Steel. It includes
in a double cd the 30 OMS best tracks selected by
the members of this minimal synth wave group going
from the very beginnings of the band in the eighties
down to 2002 when they stopped to play live and record
albums. You will be able to (re)discover excerpts
from their very first 4-track vinyl EP (Jardin Botanique)
and from their different albums released in vinyl
or cd format: Cathedrale, A contresens, Les Douleurs
de l'Ennui, Stella Obscura, Histoires de France, Eternelle
Tourmente, Une Idylle en péril . The booklet
has been designed with the different graphics from
the various periods of the band and shows period pictures
as well.
Together with the double cd comes a limited edition
bonus cd with rare studio tracks, only available before
on compilations or various cds and three live tracks
recorded in Sao Paulo (1997) when the band came to
play in Brazil. This limited edition is wrapped inside
a zipper bag printed with the OMS logo. Bonus gifts
like postal card with the band member's autographs,
an OMS key ring and a sticker are also included.
